Exterior Window Cleaning

Defined as the process of making sure the exterior of a building is clear of any dirt, grime, stains, and pollutants, cleaning of the exterior side of the windows includes the aluminum frames and its other attachments, if any. The building’s location and function significantly help determine the correct approach to how the exterior cleaning will be performed.
Glass and ACP Glazing (Sealant)

May be new application of sealant or repeat application of sealant (resealing) on ACP systems and glass walls or windows at the building exterior. Sealants commonly used for glass-to-glass and glass-to-frame terminations are silicone type designed to provide a water-resistant seal that maintains a strong hold against heavy downpour or harsh weather conditions.
Exterior Walls Painting

Surface area preparation include removal of old and worn-out paints, or as prescribed by the Client. Standard process includes one-coat primer paint application and two-coat top coat paint applications. Special weatherproof paint materials are more popularly preferred by building owners during more recent years.
Waterproofing Works

Exterior concrete walls and roof and other open decks of buildings always require waterproofing (repair) works, especially when defects like cracks are becoming obvious. Cracks are common indicators that the building foundation is moving, thus making repair works imminent.
Inspection and Survey

Building Audit has become a common practice in most properties, particularly buildings, to ensure the smooth and continuous operation, function and use of the building. Where access to inspect building exteriors are sometimes difficult or impossible for building maintenance group, utilization of rope technology system has been proven to be more efficient in getting satisfactory results.
Special Exterior Works

As is not customary to the industrial rope access system industry, installation of façade materials can be hazardous not only to the rope system but to the lives of rope technicians. But thorough and deep study on how to safely address potential hazards, special exterior installation works can be successfully achieved using the industrial rope access system.
